1. We may ask for some proof before initiating a refund.

2. Prepaid orders will take 7-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive a SMS and Email when the refund has been initiated and you may follow the link on the email to track your refund status. 

3. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfers and may take 20-27 business days to reflect in your account.
